Our Lick Customer Support team will be here to help with your queries over the festive period, with some changes to our usual hours.

Our usual support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, and we’re closed on weekends.

• Monday 15 December – Friday 19 December: Usual business hours
• Monday 22 December: 10 am–1 pm
• Tuesday 23 December: 10 am–1 pm
• Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve): CLOSED
• Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day): CLOSED
• Friday 26 December (Boxing Day): CLOSED
• Monday 29 December: 10 am–1 pm
• Tuesday 30 December: 10 am–1 pm
• Wednesday 31 December (New Year’s Eve): CLOSED
• Thursday 01 January 2026 (New Year’s Day): CLOSED
• Friday 02 January 2026: CLOSED
• Saturday 03 – Sunday 04 January: CLOSED
• Monday 05 January 2026: Usual business hours resume
