Where is my order?

Our sample orders are dispatched on a 2-3 day untracked service with Royal Mail.

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. Some orders may take a little longer to arrive depending on the current strain on the Royal Mail network at the time the order is placed.

For all paint, wallpaper and tool orders, please check your email as you will receive the dispatch confirmation with the tracking link once this has left our warehouse. 

I you have not received your items after 3-5 days or have trouble with the tracking link, please get in touch via [e-mail] and our team can look into the order for you.
