If you are in the UK, we can accept returns within 30 days of when the order is placed. Items must be unopened and ideally still with the original packaging, including the card board moulds.
We'll get you a DPD label, and you can simply apply it to your box and take it to the most convenient drop-off point near you, a list of drop-off points will be indicated on the label for you.
A 5£ return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Purchases made at our Lick store on Northcote Road can be returned to the store within 30 days unopened, and the team will be able to assist with a refund or exchange.
Items ordered online cannot be returned in store.
Once your return has undergone a short quarantine to be checked over the refund or exchange will be processed. We aim to process all refunds within 10 days and you should receive confirmation via email.
